The Bortolin family is documented in Santo Stefano since 1500.
It has always been dedicated to agriculture and, in particular, to farming and viticulture.
When the activity of the farm is was abandoned in the 1980s, the family committed to tending all the vineyards in the land of Valdobbiadene DOCG. It now works 9 hectares (about 22 acres) and leads a small cellar whose production is about 70,000 bottles per year. All processes are carried out by hand and in the family.
