The small Bortolin Tasting room, on the ground floor of the house, offers warm hospitality with a simple modern furniture and traces of classicism.

We do not propose “the usual tasting hall of the cellar”, but the old way of understanding the hospitality of our hills. The warmth and welcome of the Bortolin Family are waiting for you to enjoy the best that this area has to offer: a selection of cheeses from our mountain pastures, cold meats and other local products, just perfect to delight your palate whilst tasting our wines.

An experience to enjoy in small or big groups, pampered in our tasting room, which opens in the beautiful season on the incredible panoramic terrace overlooking the Prosecco and the Asolo hills, and further away up to the plains.

It is the ideal location to enjoy a glass of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore sitting at the intimate tables for 2/4 people or in the more spacious gazebo where you can have a toast in more than 20 people.

Our cellar is always open to those looking for the history and the true essence of that magical process that transforms GLERA grapes into what has always been one of the best made in Italy products

You will truly find it here, in Santo Stefano, the true birthplace of the “Prosecco di Valdobbiadene”.

Here, every day, you will find the entire Bortolin family, one of the surnames that for centuries gave birth to the Prosecco phenomenon, intent on following every step of the manufacturing process, from the vine to the bottling. There are no grapes from other farms, there are no processes or processes carried out in other locations or by other companies.

The quality of our Prosecco comes exclusively from our skilled hands. We are waiting for you for a visit and a tasting to be able to demonstrate it in person.
